Sign in with the same account, then open Profile and tap Restore purchases (also available on the paywall). Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ThatFridge → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial at checkout. You can see the trial end date under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your login tokens, and the fridges you own along with their items, notes and shopping lists. This cannot be undone. To remove only AI data, use Profile → AI Data & Memory.
Email support@thatfridge.com from your account email address and we will send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
Check that notifications are enabled for ThatFridge in Settings → Notifications, and that you have granted permission when the app asked. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so keeping the app installed and opening it occasionally keeps them current.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
From a fridge's manage screen you can invite someone by username, or request to join their fridge. Everyone in a shared fridge can see and edit its items and notes. Multiple and shared fridges require ThatFridge Pro.
Treat AI suggestions — recipes, meal ideas, parsed dates and categories — as helpful guesses, not facts. Always check food yourself before eating it. ThatFridge does not provide food-safety, medical or allergen advice. See the Terms.
